If you request a refund before I start your commission, you will be responsible for any transaction fees incurred.

Right to Decline: :

I reserve the right to refuse any commission that makes me uncomfortable.

Usage Restrictions: :

Do not edit, modify, redistribute, or resell my work without my explicit permission.

Originality: :

I will not recreate previous clients' work or replicate others' artwork.

Payment Policy: :

I will begin working on your commission once either the full payment or a 50% deposit is received. If paying with a 50% deposit, the final files will only be provided after the full payment is completed.

No Refunds After Start: :

Once I start working on your commission, refunds are not available. Please consider this before commissioning me.

Selective Commissions: :

My commissions are chosen selectively and are not processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Prohibited Uses: :

My works are not to be used for NFT or AI purposes.

Progress Updates: :

I will provide regular updates and work-in-progress images as I work on your commission. This keeps you informed and allows you to request changes.

Final Review: :

Once the commission is complete, I will send you a watermarked sample for your review and approval before delivering the final high-quality version via email.
